![]() ![]() Very recently, a new mod titled Fallout 1.5: Resurrection for 1998’s Fallout 2 was released, and it is respectful throwback to the franchise’s old-school isometric heyday. ![]() But as exciting as it is to finally receive console mods for Fallout 4, the release of a new – and incredibly ambitious – mod may see fans of the franchise eschew the newer games in favor of the old-school isometric titles. While Bethesda’s optional DLC is nothing to scoff at, the longevity of each of the Fallout games can be attributed to the considerable support from the modding community. For fans of the old-school isometric Fallout games, there’s now a new Fallout 2 mod available called Fallout 1.5: Resurrection, which bridges the gap between the first two games.įallout 4 has been out for eight months now, and yet it still remains in the spotlight by the virtue of Bethesda’s slate of post-launch support content – especially the introduction of mods. ![]()
